Terms and Conditions of Sale
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, slight variations may occur and shall not constitute a defect.
4. Prices
All prices are indicated in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
5. Order Process and Contract Conclusion
By placing products in the shopping cart and completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit Card (via Stripe)
- PayPal
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
If delays occur, the customer will be informed without delay.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
